When choosing a manton, be sure to check the measurements - most online buys are not the full traditional size. However they're usually big enough to work with and to wear as a top - and in my experience, most flamenco schools use these mid-sized shawls rather than the enormous professional size shawls, which are challenging to work and very expensive to buy.
